Blogging, Brains, Babbling
I would like to update everyone on the current situation of the Pact Act.
In 2009 the USPS created a pact act that would stifle the shipments of cigarettes to consumers. Over the years, everyone - City, State and Government officials have been fighting over how to classify vapor products.
We in the industry DO NOT want to be categorized as a tobacco product, we are NOT tobacco. Unfortunately that did not happen, and there is a law suit right now that is trying to declassify us from tobacco.
If you have come into the store, hopefully you have signed or will sign a signature sheet that will help fight against flavor bans and taxes.
Beginning today, there is a very limited time to voice your opinion, your anger, or happiness, whatever you feel about the pact act and the non delivery of vapor products in the USPS, FedEx and UPS to you, the consumer.
Sales will only be allowed in brick and mortar stores, (stores that you can physically go into) NO MORE ONLINE SALES.
The ONLY way to get an order, is have a friend in the area that buys from a store, then ship it to you. (max 10 times a month)
We do not ship to people but many of you do buy online, and that is our concern.
If you have requests, and would like us to carry your favorites, we can try, I will make no promises, but I will 100% TRY to get your liquid or product in the store. I will also tell you because of all of these situations, on top of PMTA's and prices going up, there is NO possible way I can get your product in for the cheap price of a 100ml at 8 dollars. The reason for the money you saved online, is because there is no overhead, there is no brick and mortar, no utilities, no employees to hire, lower taxes, if any taxes at all, no returns offered and many other reasons. We are sorry this is affecting you our customers. We have all been where you are ..many of us in the store have vaped for over 10 years, we remember when there was no brick and mortar stores and we all bought online and tried MILLIONS of liquids and HATED them.
There has been so much that is being affected not just businesses but you, our consumers and we are trying everything in our book to stay open for our community. We NEED your help in this dire time. Please send in your comments, containing the name and address of the commenter, may be sent to: PCFederalRegister@usps.gov, with a subject line of “E-Cigarette Restrictions.” Faxed comments are not accepted.

Here you can come in, try flavors, and get 100% customer support (and great customer service), returns (within 2 weeks) and much much more. Also, many many companies are closing this breaks ALL of our hearts. Me personally (Jenn) I am seeing so many of the companies I started vaping with, are now non existent or will be closing when the pact act takes into affect AND the PMTA's.
Many of you guys have been following us, and shopping with us for 8 years and we are GRATEFUL for your business. We love everyone of you!
The PMTA IS HUGE, and this has caused MANY MANY shops to close or stop making house vape liquids. Those of us that have filed our PMTA's are waiting for the next big hurdle, but with the PMTA's and the cost that is about to occur for testing flavors you may have once used are gone or could be gone. THIS CAN STILL HAPPEN HERE! So try some flavors and find a back up!
Please help in fighting flavor bans, taxes and now the non delivery of vapor products to consumers.
